Samsung and Xiaomi have been in the top charts in Technology sector in India since the long time and this thing isn't new for both of these tech companies where xiaomi even leaving samsung behind in terms of sales numbers and has been even recognized as the top brand of India with its budget devices reigning all over the country and Samsung has also been doing pretty well in the smartphone market but well there has been a study on the smartphone users of both the companies and it has some shocking results which samsung and xiaomi users must know.
According to recent reports from a research firm named Biancco, samsung and xiaomi smartphone users have the most frequent visits to their service centers and after that companies like motorola, lenovo and nokia users were also in that list. But the main two companies were samsung and xiaomi so let's talk about them in detail -

According to the research done by Biancco, 34% of samsung smartphone users have the most frequent visits to their service centers and after samsung, comes xiaomi where 13% of xiaomi smartphone users have the most frequent visits to their service centers and after that comes motorola, L.G. Why it happens ?
After all this, you may think that why these companies had so much of issues in their phones and especially samsung, simple answer to that is India is not a market where flagship smartphones of these companies is sold in huge numbers when compared to the numbers of low-end and midrange smartphones sold in India. Both of these smartphone companies has excellent selling units per month but those devices are mainly budget and mid range smartphones and these smartphones mainly being budget smartphones does not have that build quality as of flagship smartphones and these smartphones have low end processor and graphic which does not have that long life but here another shocking fact is that Samsung Galaxy S7 was a flagship grade smartphone and still had issues but mainly it was due to software issues not hardware mainly due to the fact that samsung's UI had many bugs and was not well optimized.
